Dependable

I worked through dependent components but will review it again (and possibly again). It is cool. It consists of setting up a dictionary of a state (key) and with the state is an array of zip codes. Therefore you have the 1->many set up in a single row at a time. Without the array, this would be tough to do.

Anyways, I am working through things stepwise and am getting it but again, I see the parts but can't come up with the idea of the whole. More on this tomorrow.
