Not much to report today. Did some more work in chapter 6 but it is extremely confusing and I have to take baby steps. It got more into detail about the nib and the File's Owner. What confuses is me are all the connectivities that have to occur among the different views, classes, controllers, etc. What is the File Owner, why must it be connected to a class. Why must the class be one controller vs. another. I am getting the impression more and more each day that I may have to start doing some development on my own as that would force to find reasons to do these things. Right now, it is a big ball on confusion.
Today I also downloaded the Xcode 4 Users Guide through the Apple website. It was released late September so I know it is hot off the presses. It is also 292 pages long so, for all intents and purposes, it is yet another book to read. I will check it out most likely after I get through this current iOS book which is getting more challenging by the day.
