Finished chapter 6 today and dove into the lonnngggg chapter 7. This is almost 60 pages but I did manage to get through 27 pages and end up on page 190. Of course there were all sorts of connecting that went on. Regardless, if someone asked me to create something, I can follow along the pages as a guide. Also, I think I will go back and either quick reread 7 or do a skim before I hit chapter 8.
As I read the reviews of this book on Amazon I saw people complaining about the giant leaps the authors assume. Yes, there are leaps, but you know something -- I actually understand what I am reading even though I am not exactly how to do it myself. There is a lot of Objective-C and in many cases I am at the point of taking it for granted. I mean, I understand why NSInteger does not declare a pointer and why it is important to use.
I do get confused as to what the idea is about delegates. I am hoping that will all behind me soon.
