I like how Apple calls directories "directories". Unlike Windows who at one time called it directories but summed it down to "folders". Well, whatever. Anyways, I am about 3/4 of the way through the reading of the chapter. There are some challenges but not as crazy as the last chapter. I had some trouble today running the command like program (16.6) and that was due to my own incompetence. Although a directory looks like the right one, there is a chance that it isn't. Consequently, my program would not run. I spend like an hour trying to figure it out but eventually did. Then it ran fine. Anyways, the goal is to finish the reading of the chapter and then if time permits, dive into the exercises. It would be nice to get to chapter 17 by the beginning of next week but something tells me that Mr. Kochan wants to tie things together in the exercises the rest of the way.
As I watched the fireworks tonight, I actually missed Objective-C. I guess after two full months, it has become a habit. Oh boy, I am 1/6 of the way through. Feel like there is SO much more to do before I feel comfortable. Still very excited and scared.
